I have enjoyed reading all of the newsy posts here today and seeing all of the pictures being posted. WOW - we REALLY all were young once upon a time.

Michael and I went to a "doo-wop" concert last night featuring The Platters and The Drifters (most of whom are in their 70's). We noticed that not one person under the age of 50 was in attendance. When we left to go to our car after the concert we noticed that many of those attending were walking with canes and walkers........and we are sure they keep their teeth in a jar by the side of the bed at night....LOL. We are not sure what this all means other than we KNOW it is not us that are growing old.

I am going to post a couple of pictures of the "birthday boy". He had a grand time at his party and we sure had a grand time too watching him interact and play with his little friends.

The sun is shinning here today. I am taking a short break from working in the yard. Tomorrow I will be working at my "paid" job at school. The days just seem to be going by way to fast.

Enjoy your day and make it COUNT. Life REALLY is way to short!
